When will I get billed?
When you first sign up for a paid API plan, or change plans, Sherpa.ai will immediately bill you a prorated amount for the remainder of the month. Subsequent recurring payments per API will be automatically billed to your credit card on the 1st of the month. You can review and download your most recent bills in your Billing History.
For example, if you signed up for a €49 paid plan on the 16th of a 30-day month, you would immediately be charged a prorated amount for the remaining 15 days. You would then be charged €49 on the 1st of each subsequent month.

Can I upgrade one API and continue using the Free plan for other APIs?
Of course! Go ahead and choose the plans that fit your needs.
Where can I find the necessary documents to start integrating?

What is the difference between the Prebuilt Recommendation API and the Custom Content Recommendation API?
The Prebuilt Recommendation API allows you to incorporate recommendations from Sherpa.ai’s collection of domains and integrate them into your operational systems, whereas the Custom Content Recommendation API allows you to build ad hoc recommendations using your own catalog of products and services.
For example, if a media company wants to recommend restaurants or events to their clients, they can do so by using the Prebuilt Recommendation API.
However, if that same company wants to recommend their own news articles to their clients, they can do so by using the Custom Content Recommendation API.
How do I contact customer support?
